Eligibility & Registration
Who can open an OKBeet account

To register and maintain an account on OKBeet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

  • You are at least 21 years of age. OKBeet strictly complies with Philippine minimum gaming age requirements and will request identity verification at any time.
  • You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of a corporation, trust, or any other legal entity.
  • You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted and your participation does not violate any law applicable to you.
  • You are not a resident of a restricted jurisdiction. OKBeet maintains a list of restricted jurisdictions and blocks access from those locations. This list may change without prior notice.
  • You are not an employee, director, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of OKBeet or its associated entities.
  • You have not previously had an OKBeet account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. OKBeet will conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

Each player may hold only one active OKBeet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all funds being withheld pending investigation.

Important
Register with your real name exactly as it appears on your valid government-issued ID. Your GCash or Maya withdrawal name must match your OKBeet account name. Mismatches delay withdrawals and may trigger a manual review.

Account Security & Responsibility
Keeping your OKBeet account safe

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your OKBeet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. OKBeet will never ask for your full password through any communication channel.

All transactions and bets placed while logged into your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized them. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must contact OKBeet support immediately via live chat or email at support@okbeet.best.

  • Do not share your OKBeet login credentials with any other person.
  • Do not use a shared or public device to access your OKBeet account without logging out completely after each session.
  • Enable two-factor authentication for additional security — available in your OKBeet account settings.
  • Report suspicious activity on your account to OKBeet support immediately.

OKBeet implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption on all communications and secure payment processing. However, OKBeet cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your own credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
How money moves on OKBeet in PHP ₱

All financial transactions on OKBeet are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). OKBeet does not process transactions in any foreign currency. There are no currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported local Philippine payment channels.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph are credited to your OKBeet account in real time. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet (BDO, BPI, UnionBank) typically settle within one to two minutes. Visa and Mastercard debit cards are processed instantly during standard banking hours. OKBeet does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must complete KYC identity verification. Standard verified accounts receive withdrawals to GCash or Maya within ten minutes. Large withdrawals above ₱50,000 undergo a manual security review and are typically processed within two hours. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the same name as your OKBeet account.

Withdrawal Note
OKBeet does not charge withdrawal fees on local Philippine payment channels. If you request a withdrawal and it has not arrived within 24 hours, contact OKBeet support immediately with your transaction reference number.

OKBeet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱100,000 in a single day or if unusual transaction patterns are detected on your account. This is a standard anti-money laundering compliance measure.

Funds deposited into your OKBeet account are used solely for gaming purposes on the platform. OKBeet does not pay interest on account balances. Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of ₱200, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Betting Rules & Void Bets
How bets are placed and settled on OKBeet

All bets placed on OKBeet are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or betting market. These rules are available within the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. General betting rules applicable across all OKBeet markets are as follows:

  • A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation notification within the OKBeet interface. Bets for which no confirmation is received should not be considered as placed.
  • OKBeet settles all bets according to official results published by the relevant governing body — FIBA for basketball, FIFA/AFC/AFF for football, and tournament operators for esports.
  • In the event that a sporting event is postponed and not completed within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time, OKBeet reserves the right to void all outstanding bets on that event and return stakes to player wallets.
  • Bets placed on markets that have been suspended due to a technical error, pricing error, or regulatory requirement may be voided. OKBeet will return stakes on voided bets promptly.
  • OKBeet reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account at our discretion, particularly in cases where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a betting pattern constitutes abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of pricing errors.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

OKBeet's odds are subject to change up to the point at which your bet is confirmed. If the odds change between the time you click "Place Bet" and the time the bet is processed, OKBeet will notify you of the new odds and give you the option to accept or decline the revised terms.

How OKBeet rewards and promotions work

OKBeet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all OKBeet promotions unless stated otherwise:

  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement), which must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's terms.
  • Wagering requirements on OKBeet sports betting promotions are calculated on the sum of qualifying bets placed, not on the bonus amount alone. Bets settled as void do not count toward wagering requirements.
  • Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement is met. Attempting to withdraw before completing the requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
  • OKBeet bonuses are intended for personal use only. Bonus abuse — including coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotions, or wagering on low-risk outcomes to satisfy requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
  • OKBeet reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus before cancellation will generally be allowed to complete the existing wagering requirement.

The OKBeet VIP Club operates on a separate tier structure with its own terms. VIP tier status, cashback rates, and associated benefits are subject to change. VIP cashback is calculated weekly and credited every Monday morning to your OKBeet wallet. Prohibited Conduct
Actions that violate OKBeet's platform rules

To protect the integrity of OKBeet's platform and ensure fair treatment for all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. Violation of any item on this list constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds pending investigation:

  • Match fixing, spot fixing, or insider information: Placing bets based on information obtained through illegal, unethical, or confidential means, or participating in any scheme to fix the outcome of an event.
  • Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorized payment methods to deposit funds into OKBeet. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Automated betting (bots): Using scripts, bots, automated software, or any AI tool to place bets, access the platform, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market on OKBeet.
  • Collusion in poker: Communicating with other players at an OKBeet poker table — via any channel — to coordinate play, share hand information, or gain an unfair advantage over other players at the table.
  • Arbitrage exploitation: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, time delays, or inconsistencies in OKBeet's odds to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
  • Chargeback abuse: Disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider after using the deposited funds on OKBeet. Any chargeback will immediately suspend your account pending investigation.
  • Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing OKBeet staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property
OKBeet's content ownership and your usage rights

All content on OKBeet's platform — including but not limited to the OKBeet brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, betting interface, promotional materials, written content, and software code — is owned by OKBeet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

OKBeet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal and lawful gaming purposes as set out in these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any OKBeet content.

You may not use OKBeet's brand name, logo, or any platform content in any external marketing, social media, website, or publication without prior written consent from OKBeet. Unauthorized use of OKBeet's intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

How OKBeet handles your information

OKBeet collects, stores, and processes your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on OKBeet, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

OKBeet collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and product improvement. Your data is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

OKBeet is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to report certain transactions and player information to relevant government authorities. This reporting obligation overrides any confidentiality expectation on your part where required by law.

Account Suspension & Termination
When and why OKBeet may close an account

OKBeet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time without prior notice if OKBeet reasonably believes that:

  • The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
  • The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
  • The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2
  • A security risk or suspected unauthorized access has been detected
  • Regulatory or legal obligations require the suspension or closure

You may close your OKBeet account at any time by contacting support at support@okbeet.best. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deducting any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method within five business days.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, OKBeet reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

Limitation of Liability
What OKBeet is and isn't responsible for

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, OKBeet's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to OKBeet in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

OKBeet is not liable for:

  • Any loss of gaming winnings due to technical failures, internet outages, or platform downtime outside of OKBeet's direct control
  • Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any nature arising from use of the platform
  • Disruptions to third-party payment services (GCash, Maya, bank networks) that affect deposit or withdrawal processing times
  • Decisions made by governing bodies of sports or esports events that affect betting outcomes

OKBeet makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary platform downtime. OKBeet will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Plain Language
If OKBeet's system makes a clear technical error — like displaying wrong odds due to a pricing feed failure — we will correct the settlement. But we can't be responsible for losses from internet disconnections on your end, or from outcomes of sporting events that were correctly priced.

Responsible Gaming

OKBeet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gaming on OKBeet should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a way to recover losses, or an activity that creates personal or financial harm.

OKBeet provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings without requiring support approval:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for 48 hours after the request.
  • Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period. If you reach your loss limit, OKBeet will pause your betting activity until the period resets.
  • Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you've been playing for a specified duration.
  • Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 months.
  • Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from OKBeet. This is irreversible for a minimum of 6 months and cannot be reversed by any support request once activated.

Governing Law & Disputes
How disagreements are handled

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of OKBeet's platform, or these Terms, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If you have a complaint about OKBeet's services, the process is as follows:

  2. OKBeet will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

OKBeet will not enter into disputes regarding bets that were placed and settled in accordance with the published rules and odds at the time of betting, unless there is clear evidence of a material technical error on OKBeet's part.

Changes to These Terms
